  2. Agreement Term: To qualify, the client must sign a minimum 24-month Management Authority Agreement with Blackburne Property Management.
  3. Fee Structure: The management agreement must be signed at our standard schedule of fees and charges. Discounted or negotiated fee agreements are not eligible for this promotion.
  4. Promotion Scope: The promotion applies solely to the letting fee component which will be discounted to 50%. All other charges (including, but not limited to, leasing fees, advertising, lease renewals, inspections, and tribunal representation) remain payable as per the fee schedule.
